DESCRIPTION

In renovation projects, the projects’ physical structure in present status, form is being defined conclusively, due to limitations imposition. Current projects renovation, aligned with a modern, minimalistic design as well as special materials with warm colors.

Interior design emphasizes its importance in a residential space, which is specialized for peace, rest and comfort. Space defined in a way that not only it is diverse but also is dynamic, live space due to applying straight lines alongside with warm, neutral colors and also special combination of design elements.

The most important goal of this project is to communicate with environment and different sense of space, which achieved by omitting details and reducing materials and also colors. This also leads to more purified space that emphasizes the effects on human peace and comfort. As the concept of the project, clarity, function and sense of home was the goal. Ordered contextures, using wood’s warmness, gray color, along with choosing modern and minimal furniture and also emphasize on revival of space quality were the results of the designs main leading concept. Furthermore, the importance of having a kind of space to encourage staying at home, preserving all spaces’ quality was considered.
